Teen Music Camp for summer of 2009 possibly in texas?

Does anyone know of any music camps, good for people her write song lyrics & is in the process of practicing vocal skills? I am 15 and will be 16 by the summer of 2009. It would be better if they are in the state of Texas?

Well, I know of a musical theatre camp, but it's costs quite a bit, you have to audition for it, and it's in Oklahoma. It's OCU Summer High School Camp, it goes on for 3 weeks, and costs around $2, 900. O_O Sorry if this isn't what you're looking for.
