Teen Playhouse/Clubhouse?

Question

im 14 and I want like a playhouse/clubhouse type thing to put in our yard. There are alot of nice ones on the internet and stuff, but they all sem very little kid oriented. Seen anything, or have any ideas ? I dont want like one of those tiny 6 by 8 ones by the way, im talking about the ones that are like 1/12 levels and like 18 by 14 or something. thanks =]

Maybe you could design and build your own.  Check with your local municipal government on codes....most areas have regulations concerning size of out buildings, set back, ect...have your Dad help you with the construction....have fun and good luck!
