I'm 13 years old. I feel as if I have anxiety attacks daily. Not only do I have ADD. I also feel I am bipolar and have anxiety problems. I can be laughing with my friends and then just flip out on them. I don't do it purposely it just happens. The anxiety attacks are getting worse and worse. I lose m breathe, my heart pounds, my head hurts,my hands shiver,my legs shake and my mind races. Im allways worried about something. I dont want to go to a therapist but I need help.

  2. I am no shrink but you have got some issues going on.  I was having anxiety attacks also, go to a therapist, it's so worth it, you can understand what is going on with you and take corrective steps to deal with whatever the therapist diagnoses you with.  I have GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder) but it's something you can work through with help and hopefully not become dependent on medication years from now.  You're very young.  Talk to your parents about it, you don't want to be on meds. if you keep going on, it will only get worse.

  3. Psychologists and therapists know the most about such problems... they honestly do help you and can help you sort out all sorts of things. Because they are educated, they know about things most people don't think about. You won't get good answers from anyone else. You will be doing yourself a favour.

  4. don't worry you are not alone. I do the exact same thing.  I take some medicine for it. but i would see a psychologist.
