Teen bedroom ideas ?

Question

My dad is letting me redo my bedroom this summer and i really need some ideas.

I like a lot of color combinations i like.

Yellow and green,

Yellow and pink,

Yellow and orange,

Purple and green,

Purple and blue,

Purple and orange,

Red and green.

Yeah, I know, Red and green / Purple and orange do not sound good together, but if you've ever seen Zoey 101 or the sweet life of an american teenager i really like the way Amy's bedroom looked, and the room Zoey, Quin, and Lola have is also onei like a lot.

bed bath and beyond...get behr paint from home depot...its really good quality paint..i just redecorated my room and it was alot of work but i was extreamly pleased with the end result!!!= )

dont you mean SECRET life of an american teenager. i really like the colors purple and green. but not green green and purple purple. just different shades of purple and green.

wow. i have the exact same problem.

i'm getting a new room and i think i'll paint my walls in Pink, orange and green and sometimes draw white flowers

and also i'm covering my walls with a lot of pictures, but leaving like 10cm between each picture so you can still see the wall color.

i'm also having a hammack,  a sort of hanging chair, cuz it's really cool :p  and i'm having a lot of colorfull pillows, because it makes it nice and comfertable :)

Try PB Teen! They have tons of cute stuff (bedding, furniture, accesories, etc.) and even though i couldnt afford it, I used it as inspiration.

My daughter's room is now done with purple, lime and teal.  It looks great...add a third color to your combo and kick it up a notch!

personally i like the purple and blue idea i have some links that have bedding and wall decorations if you need them

i like the desk/bunk bed with the blue walls with blue and green bubble accessories with the bubble beding

You can paint diffrent walls of your room diffrent colors. For bedding, I would try Domestications

all those colors sound good. You need to know which colors you like the best. you can do you very fav on the wall then do big circles of the other colors in random areas of the walls. or do that to all the walls in ifferent colors. like if wall A has a base of yellow then wall B gets a base of green and Wall C gets Orange and wall D gets a base of Blue since yllow and green make blue  and Oragne stands out as that is my fav. :) and all the other colors dotted in big circles all over the wall.  have fun and know that these colors are going to make you feel good!
