Teen crime? sociological issue?

im in a sociology class and im doing a report on an issue that affects society. welli chose teen crime. im trying to find statistics/rates, info, research on it, etc. unfortunately, i really cant find much of anything on the internet about it, and our teacher told us to stick to the internet to find more narrowed down info. does anyone know where i can find some info on juvenile crime?

try googleing teenage gun/knife crime whatever and read articles. newspaper articles (on the net) shud also include some statistics.. have you tried the bbc website>>?

I found a website called the Juvenile Offenders and Victims report for 2006 which provides insight to the view of juvenile crime accross the USA. It provides a lot of graphs and stats.
