Teen drving law?

Okay, there is a teen driving law in Ohio *look at link*

Can anyone tell me if this law exists in the sate of Alabama? Or can you give me a link to a updated site with Alabama driving laws.

It seems to me this is a state law and does not apply to Alabama unless there is already something like it there. Check into your local DMV to see what is in effect (or not) I'm from Ontario, Canada, and we have similar laws, but there is a big difference from state to state than we have from provence to provence.
