Okay so i'm 5'4 and im like aprox. 142 pounds38 inches around hips27.5 around waisti know overweight right?!anyway i wanna lose like 27 pounds so how long and what do i have to do at the gym and what do I eat?i want to lose 4 inches around my hipsand about 4 inches from my waistbut i'm like a 34 B in like chest so i dont want to look disproportionate?ps. no lecture just answersalso i want to lose this in 6 weeks
