If you took your daughter you would have to move to another state in order for them not to look for you!

I looked at your other question.  You have already received some good answers.

Get some help from social service agencies in your area.

You are also eligible for legal aid to fight your mother in court.

Don't just rely on answers on Y/A.

The people here may mean well, but may not know all the answers.

Get help from the agencies in your community - you can fight this legally - you can get assistance.
