i am13 5foot1 132 pounds i need to lose about 30 pounds in 2 or 3 months and i want to do it healthily.my diet would be somthing like this since i have school and a very early lunch period (4th)breakfastlight yoplait yogurt and fruitlunchpeanutbutter or turkey or chicken on whole wheat with fruitdinner 2 slices of meat and 2 vegtables dessert 100 cal pack and tea
