Teen party ideas for my friends birthday?

My friend is having her 14th birthday this Saturday, and we were thinking it would be better if it was just a bunch of friends out somewhere. What's a good thing to do when you're out at a place, or better yet, what's a good type of place to go to? Please leave suggestions! =)

Try your nearby town, and pick a casual place where there are shops, ice cream places, ect.
