Teen restaurant with dance floor in virginia?

hi, im looking for a place to have a teen birthday party (16th). I want it to be a restaurant with good food and a variety of drinks (non-alcoholic). The age range with probably be 15-17 year olds. I also want a dance floor. I want a place that teens can hang out.
