Teen room redo help?

Question

I am trying to redo my room all lime green black and white, but my parents wont let me paint over my icky baby pink walls. i am thinking about getting a wall mural that covers the whole walls, of like a city scape. im wondering if it would look wierd if all of my walls were in the black & white city scape scene or if it would look really cool. and i also need a cheap mural. and i need some really awesome lime green furniture for my room. i dont need the bedspread, but i do need other funky lookin decoration ideas like bean bag chairs and lights and things. so once again i need:

1. a cheap wall mural in B&W of a cityscape that would cover my whole wall

2. if that would look dumb^

3. funky decoration ideas

Fabric........it can be use as curtains..table cloth for your dressers....a canopy for your bed or hang it on your walls....search sale bins because deep down there is usually some really nice stuff for cheap..and you can get cool patterns too.
