Teen trouble sleeping...?

I have a warehouse job that requires me to mork late into the night, 10pm-1am is when i get off ish and i have a twenty minute drive home that requires me to be alert, so i end up not tired from the job, i get home relax, watch some tv, snack, play with my computer, and im just not tired, im exhausted but not sleepy tired, when i finally get to asleep averaging from 2am to 430 am i sleep till ten am-2pm and go back to work at four pm- could the odd energy drinks, pills and sprays i take before work be lasting and keeping me up? im quitting my job soon which should help? (about five days going to college)

  1. Lets imagine you were working from 8am to 5pm.

    Arriving home you would eat, chat and maybe tv or the compute.  

    Go to bed at 10 or 11pm.  Get up at 6.30am. and do it again.

    Cant you see that your doing this already but its a few hours behind everyone else.  

    Maybe you are sick because you are getting more sleep than you need.  Myself if I get 6 to 8 hours sleep I am fine.  Over 9 hours sleep and I get Headaches

    Could you set your clock for midday to 1pm aiming for less sleep?

    Yes energy drinks late into your shifts could be a problem but my guess is its more in your mind,  You have told yourself its a problem so now your mind is making it a problem.

    Sleep Aid

    Melatonin

    Calming sleeping it helps
