Teen weight loss buddy?

well, it's more like a healthy eating buddy really

i'm 14, not looking to lose loads of weight, just 5 -10 pounds and i'm planning to do this by eating only when i'm hungry, until im satisfied. I can be hard when you live with family and have other teen stuff stopping you so if anyone else wants to do this we could help each other. could you leave your email address if interested please :)

  1. Okay Mark M you said the same thing to me. she is not me. so give her different advice. ( sorry for saying this on your question) my advice is start nice and easy. that's what I'm doing. cut out eating late at night if you do. go walking around your neighborhood with a friend. you don't have to walk very fast. because walking is walking.  talk about who you like. fun stuff. gossip do whatever because in the long run it will help u loose weight because ur having fun. and ur not really noticing that ur loosing weight. but you are. also don't get on the scale everyday. i use to do that and i was very unhappy because one day i will loose one pound and the next i will gain 2. that's only because you weight fluctuates everyday. try once a week. or every other day. but i prefer once a week. and btw your not the only person that wants to loose weight so it should be easy to find someone to want to do the same.


  2. If I were you i would look for a friend at school, it's easier to fib on the internet then it is with some one you SEE regularly
