Teen zine age range?

Question

What is the age range of kids that read the various teen magazines like "M", "Bop", "Word Up" "YM", etc. etc.?

I mean I know that teens and tweens read it but what age range?

Tweens to young teens?

Tweens to older teens?

12-17?

I ask, cuz I saw references to the TV-14 or PG-13 rated tv show Gossip Girl. References such as a poster, and info on the stars. O_o?

um its even younger than 12 sometimes cuz i have a little sister whos 11 and reads them.... i would say almost 9-20 and maybe older than 20!
