ok here are some websites i looked up and they are pretty good. don't forget that practice makes perfect and don't give up. DO NOT USE A LOT OF MAKE UP!!! a little goes a long way is key here. make sure you use face make up that matches your skin tone (loreal true match is really good. have a friend help you choose the right tone) and use neutral-beige tones for eyeshadow. LIGHT mascara and practice with make-up before you start putting on eyeliner. try to have someone show you how to do eyeliner because its tricky sometimes and trickier for some more than others

as far as lips go i wouldn't worry about them unless your going out. use a chapstick for day (if you must wear something different where a light lip gloss) and for night I would just suggest a clear or tinted lip gloss. There are many types, flavors, etc and you will have to try them out for yourself... look for consistency (runny or thick), tastes (fruity or minty), color (clear, tinted, dark, glittery) and such. Be aware that lipglosses with color and lip sticks can easily dry out your lips

  2. you should look up on youtube. theres some great vids on there

  3. foundation (or base) is the liquid you put on your entire face http://cgi.ebay.com/REVLON-ColorStay-Fou...

put this on first and then powder *if you choose you dont have to* http://www.drugstore.com/qxp149272_33491...

then you'll need eyeshadow (maybelline is my fav youd have to tell me what color your eyes are so i could help with the best colors for you) and mascara http://www.walgreens.com/store/pickcolor... and eyeliner (thin layer on bottom lid) http://www.walgreens.com/store/pickcolor...  and some blush bronzing blushes are great. and a little lip gloss if you choose any kind is great just buying a clear is def okay

  4. umm mayballine is really good.

dont use mac for your face (unless

its for your eyes or lips) it will make

you break out if your skin is prone to

breakouts. and who ever said that

    you should use conceiler before

foundaton, is an idiot. if you do that

the conceiler rubs off. concieler always

comes after fuondation and then powder.

im a makeup artist, so dont worry :]]

    hope this helps doll.

    good luck :]]

  5. okay foundation is cover up if you dont know what that is its just like makeup you put on your actuall face like cheeks chin forehead and yeah do that first then do mascera then eyeliner then eyeshadow them lipgloss i would say loreal bare natural face makeup greatlash maybelline mascera define a line maybelline eyeliner and whatever eyeshadow and lip gloss you think are pretty and match you!

  6. Foundation is a powder you put in to fix the problem areas in your skin.  For example, you might have a birthmark on your face that you want to hide, you can just use a brush (when you buy it, the powder usually comes with a brush) and then slowly put it on.

It doesn't really matter which you put on first if what you are putting on does not cover up the other.  Like, it wouldn't care if you put lipstick on first or eyeshadow on first.  But stuff like concealer, foundation, and skin cream/lotion should be put on first.

  7. go light at first. don't cake stuff on. just start by doing your eyes. for mascara i like using maybellene. be careful with the eye lash curler i know my first time i poked myself alot but dont be scared of it, its easy to use. for foundation try going to sephora and ask someone who works there to find your best foundation its easy and free. dont feel weird asking them they help people all the time. eye liner is pretty easy to use too. for blush put it on the apples of your cheeks suck your cheeks in and you should find them. best thing is to ask a sephora worker to help you there great.

  8. Start with something simple.  Go to a store and find eye shadow that compliments your eyes.  If you don't know what works best with you eye color, try the Almay color pallets, which are labeled so you know which eye colors they work best with.  They're relatively inexpensive, and perhaps not the greatest quality, but they are a good value for what you get.

As someone above said, you can watch tons of videos on youtube about how to properly apply makeup.  The old adage is true--less is more.  If you are looking for a simple daytime look, you probably don't want something too dramatic and moreover, it's not too great for your skin to be caked with makeup day in and day out unless you are an extremely thorough washer.  Spend some time experimenting with what you have until you find something that works for you.

Once you have mastered eyeshadow and mascara, then try eyeliner.  Eyeliner can be a hard skill to master and it takes a steady hand, but you'll get used to it.

As for lip color, I suggest starting out with a nice lip gloss rather than lipstick because lipstick can require extra maintenance throughout the day.

If you really get stuck, go to a mall (I'm not sure if there is one near you, but if there is, I suggest going to one) and talk to a person behind the beauty counter about what they recommend.  Keep in mind that the sales ladies are going to attempt to push expensive products on you, but you don't have to buy exactly what they recommend.  In fact, most places will give you a make over, teach you how to apply the products, and in return, they ask only that you buy one of the things they showed you.  It's a pretty fair trade off.  The great bonus of first getting a make over is that you get to see what a trained make up artist knows to work best with your skin rather than having to find these things out yourself through trial and error.

    Good luck!

  9. When you get foundation, I LOOOOOOOOOOOOVEEE Loreal true match powderr. If you use it, get a brush and lightly apply it around your face. Don't over do it, you're face will look  pastly.

When you use eyeshadow, don't put too much colors on if you're going to school. Put it on your eye lids. If you're going to a party, put on some  cute colors that would match your outfit.

When you put eyeliner on, line your upper eyelid, then bottom.

When you use want to curl your eyelashes, I think it would be better if you put mascara on first, get your eyelash curler, and try to curl closest to the root, then do it in the middle.

Lipstick is more mature and for adults.

When you put lip gloss on, I love using lip gloss from Bath and Body works. Make sure you put on chapstick before lip gloss.

    I hope this helps!

  10. dont over do your makeup..

just put on a nice shade of eyeshadow

    example:

    blue eyes - pink/soft brown/tans..etc..

brown/hazel eyes - brown/ or dark pinks, oranges or purples

    green eyes - white/yellow/lighter brown/ pink..etc..

then put on a healthy coat of mascara

you probably dont have to worry about lipstick so much for now, just put on lip gloss or something...

and a foundation that matches your skin tone

the best brand ive tried would be loreal..

  11. okay i would love to help girlie!
