Teenage birthday party ideas please?

Question

I need some suggestions for a 15th birthday party, here's my criteria:

- Caters around 20 15-year-olds

- I don't really want games (musical chairs, pass the parcel etc etc)

- I wanna have a good sound system for music

- I don't wanna have to blow a hundred bucks

- I can't have it at my house cos my parents will kill me

Here's some ideas

> Go to some old place and have a murder mystery party.

> Hire a block at the local national park and let everyone roam free!! They have to bring their own plate of food to share.

> Go to the nearest all-you-can-eat place and pig-out.

> Head to the beach (if you live near one)

> Bowling or the movies is always a simple idea. You could combine it with dinner as well.

Be stingy and mak people pay for themselves if you want to save money.

Hey there! I have an idea for your party that my parents agreed to. It's an outdoor cinema. Hire a projector and a movie, and have heaps of food.

1) Talk to your parents about the party. Agree that there will be no alcohal etc.

2) Invites!

Why don't you head down to the beach...most beaches have bbq/picnic areas.  Have a 'beach party' theme - everyone dresses beach party and brings their own food - you have a bbq by the beach...buy some Kulaway Nuts (drinking coconuts)...they will cost you maybe something like $3.00 or so each....you can serve these as funky drinks (they are non-alcoholic, healthy and taste great) they go with the whole beach theme too...you can dress them up with little cocktail umbrellas etc.  Make sure you have some bread rolls, sauces, serviettes etc.  Tell everyone to wear zinc or coconut body butter or oil so that the whole beach smell and theme goes down properly.  Have a bbq and funky drinks and get someone to bring along a getto blaster so that you've got music.
