Teenage problems..please help?

ok so when i was at my cousins house i met this boy that liked me..we sat and talked for a while by her house and he gave me his number..i texted him later that night and we were talking..he asked me if i wanted to be his girlfriend and he told his friends that i was his "wifey"..when he would call me or i would call him he would answer the phone like "yes baby" or "baby"..so the next time i went to my cousins house and i saw him he didnt speak, neither did i or i havent talked to him since..when i seen him again later that day he still didnt speak..its been about 3 weeks now..i think the reason he didnt speak is because some girl he use to talk to was there..so what happened? what should i do? please help me..im confused
