  11. i love the bloody jack serious by L.A. MEYER there are quite a few and it involves romance and action. also alot of girls i know love the twilight series so if that your thing that might work

  12. What are your interests? There are so many but to choose. If your trying to get a fast read in for your summer project may I suggest the following:

    1. The Alchemist - Paulo Coelho, this is a short read, summarized as is the grass greener on the other side?

    2. A child called IT - Dave Pelzer - If you think your life is awful, try living his. I made each of my children read this. I have to warn you this will make you feel everything this child went through. But it has a good ending his follow up book was Man Named Dave.

    3. Don't sweat the small stuff for teens - Richard Carlson

    4. The book of lists for teens - Sandra and Harry Choron a funny read but not one to write an essay on.

    5. 7 habits of highly effective teens - Sean Covey

  14. Harry Potter books are all VERY good.

    The Dark materials series which includes the Golden Compass is excellent although controversial.  

    There is also that Twilight series, I haven't read it yet, but it is supposed to be good.  Really it all depends on how old you are, and what type of books you are into.  When I was a teen and p*****n, I read nothing but horror and VC andrews books.  When I was in my late teens I was really into Anne Rice.  However, those are both adult authors and some of the content in those books might not be good depending on how old (or young), you are.  

  15. Female- Anything and everything by Sarah Dessen.

    Science Fiction/ Fantasy - Harry Potter, Golden Compass series etc.

    Also look up the new york times best seller lists! They have all the goodies.


  16. Pendragon by D.J. McHale. there are about 8 books so far in the series and they're delicious! it's like a mix of science fiction and historical fiction but in any event they're really great to read :)

    Neil Gaiman is an amazing author! Any of his books are good. Try Neverwhere, Stardust, or Coraline.

    Edgar Allen Poe is a really good author. Check out his poems and short stories.

    William Shakespeare is good too.

    Any books by Scott Westernfeld or Neal Shusterman are really good too.

    Any books by Amelia Atwater-Rhodes are amazing! There is In The Forest of The Night, Demon In My View, Shattered Mirror, Midnight Predator. And then there is the The Kiesha'ra series: Hawksong, Snakecharm, Falcondance, Wolfcry and Wyverhail.
