hi, i'm a 16 year old girl whose about 10 pounds overweight.I would like to lose 10 pounds in a month or two..and i was wondering if anyone had any specific diets that i could go on that would help me?my excercise routine:my highschool is an outdoor campus..and i only have 3 minutes in between classes..So i powerwalk for about 30 minutes everyday..plus i lift light weights and go on my stair stepper machine. I also have an excercise ball that i do crunches on.i don't have access to a gym..Does anyone have a diet that i can go on ?[keep in mind that i don't eat meat.]Does anyone have any excercise tips?
