Teens: What are all the PROS and CONS of summer?

Based on your own experience.

Pros:

Staying up late.

Parties.

Sleepovers.

Sleeping in.

Friends.

Eating all the time.

No Homework

No Teachers.

Cons:

I have to go back to school for colorgaurd practices.

Not seeing all your friends.

More Pros then cons.

PROs:

-Staying up late

-Nice weather

-Pool parties

-Get to tan

-Go swimming

-Sleeping in

-No school (:

-Get to be lazy

-No homework (at some schools)

-Get to go on vacation

-Summer love

-Summer best friends

CONs:

-Summer homework

-Don't see all your friends

-Sometimes get bored

-Summer camps for school (my school hosts an educational summer camp)

-Drama (always more in the summer)

-Summer break ups

-Gain weight from junk food

-Get sun burnt

-Rainy days

There are a lot of CONs but summer is amazing still (:

Nothing, if there was no summer vacation i'd be done with highschool by now. Im going to be a senior. Summer vacation has no purpose. Do adults in the real world get a summer vacation?

PROS:

- gaming all day

- secks? :)

- uh... gaming all day?

- no school

- MTB'ing ALL DAY!

- sleep all day

- waiting for my 16th birthday?

- playing portal(gaming) then running outside and yelling: "CAKE IS A LIE!" while in boxers in the neiborhood.

- filling all my virtual airline flight log (B777-300ER FTW!)

Cons:

-friends are rarely seen

-can't get horny looking at girls:( (WHYYYYYY?!?!?!?!?!??*sob*)

-my house dosent have WORKING air conditioning

-it sometimes goes above 106F+

-2 1/3 weeks left untill school starts(from this day)

-CAKE IS A LIE!

-Don't get to see your friends as much

Can stay up and sleep in.

No homework/schoolwork.

Can relax all day.

Swimming.

Can eat snacks when you want.

Cons:

Hot.

Can be boring sometimes.

I miss my friends.

I kinda had to find a job and had been unsuccessful. =[

I forget a lot of the things I learned during the school year.

-You don't get to see certain people out of school

-Camps and things start for school

-Summer school (if you have it)

-Drama (theres always more in the summer)

-Sometimes theres nothing to do

Thats all i can really think of. So far my summer is pretty awesome. =]

hot weather

swimming in my pool

Cons:

work

not seeing my friends as much (they work different days than me and then they go down to their beach houses on the weekend)

college visits (and therefore no vacation)

when i was a teen it was smoking weed and drinking jager. that was the best part of summer. their are no cons to that.
