  1. I'm 16, and a girl.

My favorite books are by Nicholas Sparks (i.e. A Walk to Remember, The Notebook, The Wedding, Nights in Rodanthe...) and Jodi Picoult (i.e. My Sister's Keeper, Vanishing Acts, The Pact...), and I'd say my two favorite genres are romance and mystery. Or, maybe not mystery, but more...suspense.

I love books that make me cry-- not ones that are depressing, but ones that make you sad because of something so beautiful. Like in A Walk to Remember, how they fall in love, but it turns out she has Leukemia. Or in the Notebook how their romance is so beautiful, but just as the old woman starts to remember her husband, her Alzheimer's kicks in and she forgets him. Things like that.

In terms of suspense, I love huge twists in the story-- things that aren't outrageous, simply unexpected.

If I'd had more time I'd write more, but I have to go. Maybe I'll come finish this later. Hope I helped!

  2. I'm 19, so I barely count as a teenager.

That said, I have to say that I enjoy reading thrillers, science fiction, and well written nonfiction. There's nothing I dislike more than books written for teens, full of characters some author thinks we'll relate to better simply because of our age.

  3. About a boy and girl falling in love.Haha.But it has to be funny.

  4. Recently I have really been into books that have fantasy, adventure, and suspense elements to them.  I also love books that have romance.

  5. Novels with depth, that really make you think. I love to read challenging novels, not just novels that tell you everything. To me, discreet messages, symbolism, and references make the best novels.

  6. I'm 16.

I generally like well-written books that have interesting concepts and intricate characters. I enjoy fantasy and love J.R.R. Tolkien and C.S. Lewis. I generally tend to dislike romance in general as I don't find much point in it. Anything from H.G.Wells to Mary Shelly is good. I'll admit that not many teenagers read those kind of books though, I guess my taste is a bit old fashioned.

  7. Im a girl.. i like true story books.

Someones life and how they survived.

    For boys idk... Harry Potter?

    Magical things lol idk
