Teens and x-18 pocket/super bikes legal?

the real question is the x-18 pocket/super bike legal for teens? in california? is it easy to ride? do you think its suitable? plan on getting one and just want an answer to all these questions. only answer if your willing to put in a good answer please and thank you!!!!!!

also do you think its worth getting??

They are not legal for use on public streets (and most private) throughout the U.S.

Therefore, it doesn't matter how old you are.......you'll have to operate them of the streets.
