    and teens have crazy raging hormones so they tend to get a little nutty... (>-<)

  5. It is a reality that is bad and can be resolved.

    Junk food, fast food, processed food and soda high in refined white sugar, salt, sodium,MSG and other preservatives trigger depression.

    Drinking plenty of clean, filtered water quenches thirst, quenches brain, helps brain to function healthy, cod liver oil tablets also helps brain development grow ( for best results bite the cod lover oil tablets to taste and drink the cod liver oil from the gelatin tablet before chewing the gelatin tablet) and you need some healthy fats to absorb fat soluble vitamins for brain development.

    Eat fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy such as filtered milk, yogurt, ice cream and cheese, lean meat such as red meat, poultry, omega 3 fatty oil fish, whole grains, whole wheat, buckwheat, wheat berries, spring wheat, amber durum wheat, oats, rye, bulgar wheat, amaranth, farro, grano, kamut,millet, quinoa, brown rice ( the Claifornian blend is the best ), sorghum/milo, spelt, teff, triticale, soy seed barley, wild rice, flax seed,  flax seeds and flax oil.

    Eat seeds such as sunflower, pumpkin seeds with the shell, sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, coriander seeds, linseeds ( it's flaxseeds), anise seeds and tahini ( sweet that tastes similar to honey made out of sesame seeds )

    Also eat nuts such as walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, Brazil nuts and cashews.

  6. I'd like to tell you all teens are hyped up drama queens but the e reality is there are alot of kids and teens out there with alot of s**t to deal with and nobody to help or confide in.
