Teens making money ?

Question

my uncle was telling me that if i take a coarse in website deisign i could make alot of money and they wouldnt have to know what age i am. i am 13 but use the computer alot. can you tell me if this is right and and please include websites for classes on line thanks

I highly doubt it..  website design is in demand..  but a LOT of people jumped on the notion of becoming a website designer..  unless you can get a contract with a good company or get yourself well-known as a good designer.. then no, its just a hobby.

Ways to make a website without earning money:

There are lots of ways you can earn money. Babysitting, odd jobs, selling things (jewelry, hats, old clothes, crafts, baked goods), doing chores, whatever.

I don't get why people are saying you can get in trouble..

But  I would just babysit.. and I know how to make a website lol

u could get  ur family in a lot of trouble if u get caught so play it safe and use website computer programs

what company? you'd need to take a lot of classes, as website design is much trickier then it sounds, and you'd probably have to have a portfolio, show your work, etc....and at 13...no sorry your uncle is not accurate....try babysitting

I think you could get into a lot of trouble if they find out you're underage. You are a minor, and minors can only work five hours a day... except fot babysitting, so you probably will have a hard time finding employment. But, after you turn sixteen you can nanny or get a job at a store for the summer or on the side. Make sure that you continue with your education, because normally the longer you go to school the more money you will make... but, as I said, normally. Make sure that there are jobs available in the career you want to pursue first.

So I think that for now your best bet is with babysitting.

well you could get in trouble if the law is informed, but other then that you should I think you should but that's my opinion

it could make you alot of money if you make a website and sponsor ads on it and depending on the number of views you could make up to millions of dollars

get a job at Mcdonald's or something
