  1. I tried several.

If you do use them get the one that sticks onto your teeth not the tray. Crest whitestrips are ok..

Get the ones that dissolve..and freshen breath. LISTERINE WHITENING (R) Quick Dissolving Strips are the best. They fit either upper or lower. Stick them on and go.

Main drawback is money and they work for a while and then you got to do it again. It takes a couple of days to be really white.

Not really that good for your teeth,

I got a sonicare flexcare (important to get correct model) toothbrush.

    Good for me eh?

Anyway..once I did I gave away the whitening kits because they were not needed. So I highly recommend this specific electric toothbrush..It has an ultrasonic cleaner. It is like champagne bubbles...and you only need a teeny weenie bit of toothpaste...so although REALLY REALLY expensive, you will save on paste.

Also use Colgate total toothpaste with Triclosan,

Brush as soon as you get up to remove Plaque.

    Floss...each day

    and have a great life.

  2. I know teeth whitening kits often make my teeth really sensitive.  I can't use them as directed; I often have to skip days.
