Teeth Whitening Techniques????

What is the best way to whiten teeth without breaking the bank or going to the dentist? Any recommendations are welcome!

It depends on how yellow your teeth are. If they are very yellow, you may want to go to the dentist using care credit card or other financing to get fit for whitening trays that are molded to your exact mouth. It takes a couple of visits & they give you whitening kit. It's best way to get head start. Also, did you have tetracycline as a child? It stains the teeth gray the  in this case going to the dentist is a definite smart idea.

However, if your teeth are mostly white already, just get Crest White Strips to brighten them more.  By the way, Crest Whitening Strips WILL NOT STRIP the enamel off your teeth, they're dentist approved. Research it for yourself and see...try google. CWS are OTC product and won't be as strong as dentist~prescribed whiteners. Hope this helps.

do not use the whitening strips they eat the enamel off your teeth

however what i do is brush my teeth morning and night with some brushing when i notice my teeth have something in them or they feel weird i also chew trident white which comes in many flavors and keeps my teeth white it feels fresh and i have clean smelling breath and there are two calories per peice and no-sugar-sugar-free it does all of these things for me and i have a fresh feeling great white smile
