why cant they just make a mould of your mouth & the teeth you have left, build some new ones, remove all your knackered teeth & whack the new lot in & stitch it all up?

bcoz people with bad teeth usually dont have strong bone density in their gums and when they drill a tooth in - its the healthy strong bone that its drilled into....with bone that isnt strong the implanted teeth will just keep falling out.

Also its very expensive - at least 1000 dollars a tooth and its hard work for the dentist - each tooth to be implanted has to have procedures of cleaning the gum to make sure no bacteria gets in before the tooth gets implanted - each tooth would take about an hour or so to implant.

cost is usually more.
