Teeth whitening for kids

I am 11yr. and i have stains on my teeth because I drink tea,coffee,and soda A LOT!

I brush my teeth 2-3times a day usually!!!

I wont some whitening strips but they arnt cheap at all!!

I am going to the dentest like 3 weeks after school starts and i will ask them about me whitening my teeth but until then what should i do??!!

Please wait and talk to your Dentist before doing anything.  If you have any decay and bleach your teeth it might be sensitive to the bleaching process.

Brush your teeth with baking soda and hydrogen peroxide but be careful it may make your teeth sensitive.  Hydrogen peroxide is the active ingredient in whitening strips.
