  1. Get one of those teeth whitening kits,or use Crest Whitening toothpaste.

And dont expect results like right away, you usually start to see them, like after a week.

  2. baking soda will probably help but dont brush your teeth to much because it isnt good

  3. baking soda and peroxide. Dip your toothbrush in the peroxide and then in the baking soda then brush. Your teeth will become noticebly white.

  4. Rinse your toothbrush under cold water and put on a pea sized amount of toothpaste. If you are aiming for white teeth, use a whitening toothpaste.

Start brushing gently. Make sure you clean all your teeth, especially the ones at the back. Brush the sides and backs of each tooth and then gently brush the gums.

Brush the roof of your mouth and your tongue, and then rinse your mouth out with water, rinse your toothbrush in warm water and proceed to brush again gently without additional toothpaste. Then, rinse your toothbrush well and store it upright.

Get a large piece of dental floss and floss in between your teeth. Don't be too forceful or you could make your gums bleed, Move the floss in a C shape around each tooth. Never floss before you brush your teeth. Scientific study shows that brushing your teeth before you floss reduces the amount of bacteria that is pushed into the gums while flossing.

Rinse your mouth with some good mouthwash, preferably an antiseptic mouthwash like Listerine. Gargle the mouthwash before you spit it out for about 30 seconds and you will have clean teeth and fresh breath!

    Tips:

If aiming for whiter teeth, use a whitening toothpaste, floss, rinse with mouthwash, and use a whitening gel tray or strip. Keep in mind overuse of a whitening gel can irritate the gums. And avoid dark caffeinated beverages such as coffee, tea and soda as they can stain teeth.

If you still have a problem with bad breath, try cutting out foods such as garlic and onions, and stop smoking if you do . If your breath is still bad, see your doctor.

Visit your dentist twice a year to make sure your teeth are in good condition.

You should brush your teeth for around 3 minutes. If you are having trouble knowing when that time is up, use a timer.

You should use a toothbrush with soft bristles so that your teeth don't get damaged.

Have a good diet. Don't eat too much sugar and drink lots of water.

Replace your toothbrush every 3 months.

Baking soda is used to clean teeth too.

    Warnings:

If your toothbrush is too hard or you are brushing too rough, it could wear down your teeth. Remember that your toothbrush should have soft bristles and you should brush gently.

Don't share your toothbrush with other people, as this can spread germs.

If you notice your gums bleeding, you may be brushing too rough. Bleeding gums is a possible sign of gingivitis. You should brush more, but if the gums continue to bleed, see a doctor.

    Dental floss

    Well bristled toothbrush

    Good brand of toothpaste
