Teeth whitening help?!

i was reading one of the answers to a question, and it said white acrylic paint will work on your teeth. is that true? or will it harm me

Heres what I do:

Twice a week, use hygrogen peroxide and baking soda together and make a paste.  Brush you teeth with it and when you are done brush with normal tooth paste ( it tastes realllly bad). It is deffinatly worth that bad taste though.  Works like a charm:)

Uhm.. Just buy some Crest whitening strips. It's not too pricey and you'll avoid the paint. I would never use that on my teeth, it doesn't sound safe nor hygenic and it's probably only temporary.
