Tefal quick cup - descaling problem

Question

Hi we have bought one of the new Tefal 'Quick Cup' machines (heats water in 3 seconds). It has indicated it needs descaling twice - first time we followed manufacturers instructions (run a descaling programme with clear vinegar) and all was fine. Have done the same again this time, but it continues to indicate it still needs descaling, not sure what to do. Thanks
