Teflon finish is bubbling

We have a George Foreman -GRP99 grill and really enjoy it. It is 2 years old and the teflon finish on the top gill(cover) is now bubbling and we would like to know how to replace that part. The bottom shows NO signs of bubbling. Can you help> BeeJayI have the large stand indoor/outdoor George Foreman grill. It is not quite 2 years old and the teflon finish is bubbling. Is this covered by warranty at all? It was a gift I a know that I have tossed all the paper work. If I kept all that stuff for everything I would need to rent a storage facility to keep it all.
