You might consider applying for jobs in craft stores, fabric stores, and the like since you already have skills with that.

Otherwise it's no different than it was 30 years ago.  Get your resume ready, look for job openings in store fronts or in the papers or both, apply, interview, and follow up.

You may start with tuitions for drawing in the neighbourhoond for small children and then gradually expand your business.

It is always a good idea to build upon and improve on your skills which you have aquired in your entire life time.
