Telegram to cancel a transaction?

So I am a sucker and got scammed. I have to cancel my transaction within 3 days or will have to pay for 5 years. The paperwork must be to an address in Utah and I live in Mich. My choices of getting it there are to mail it, which would be expensive because I would have to overnight it, deliver in person or telegram. I have never heard of telegramming something. Where do I go to do this? How long does it take, how does it work? I know rates probably differ but how much would you say it costs? Any help I would appreciate.

If you can get acess to a fax machine it would be a lot easier and cheaper. I heard western union quit doing telegrams and only money transfers now. You could call them and see but i think it would be easier just to fax it. Khinkos is pretty cheap.
