The only way I know of to move stuff is to use your arms and legs.

Telekinesis (moving things with your mind only) is not possible.

Hey remember that game Psi-Ops?  Where you could pick stuff up with your mind and throw it at ppl, and you also had other powers like remote viewing and mind control.  Man, I loved that game!  It's relieving to occasionally get an original idea.

My advice to you is to go get yourself a copy of this game.  You'll be able to use telekenesis all day!  But watch your psi-meter!

You are not the first to ask this question.  However, if you moved something using nothing but your mind you would be the first person to do so.

So many people have claimed this it is possible to move things psychically.  Why is it then that something so easy to demonstrate has never been done in the presence of a video camera or in a controlled environment?

The only kinesis related to the paranormal that I know of which definitely works is Skeptikinesis. It's the power to neutralize all forms of paranormal activity just by virtue of not believing in it. If a skeptic walks into the room, his skeptikinesis will cause all forms of paranormal activity to cease. It's always worked for me! It also works on magic spells and psychic vampires.

i heard about it but in my analysis telekinesis requires not just concentration but power from words and symbols.it is dangerous to engaged with this phenomenon if you are not able to control your mind and yourself using mantra or something source of power to levitate a thing or make it move from one place to another.it is just like you are commanding unseen being to move the object using ancient words and rituals.notice the construction of egyptian pyramid-the stone are heavy but ancient people were able to build them ?????.one present situation i know about levitation is the black spell or power of the creatures called aswang in tagalog and other philippine language.the use of mud with rituals will enable the human and the things to float in the air during night time only but it is dangerous to have a try cause it is contagious!you will become aswang too if you use it continiuosly for 3 months.aswang is floating man looking for other human usually the sick one and the pregnant as their victim.
