Question

My 13 yr old son has been receiving 3-4 harassing phone calls from some number (813-671-7075) everyday for the past 4 days. I've searched Google for the number, and found that A LOT of other people have had the same experience. I also found that someone claimed that the number belonged to a company called "IMC".

Does anyone know where I can file a complaint against this company for harassing a minor?

I think possibly you can get the phone company to block them (not certain)...And in fact, complain to them about these people, they should be able to help.

I agree. They are annoying. If I was going to buy something from a telemarketer, I certainly would not buy something from a person that can hardly speak my language.

It depends on what the conversation was about.  If you directly tell the agency to not call you or take your number off the list by internet then it will solve itself.  If your son has gotten calls with someone on the other end hollering or screaming "na, na, na, boo, boo" then it is harassing phone calls and could be criminal depending on your state.  

I would call the number and see what you can do talking to managers first, then go from there.

these guys are awful, they say imc. but they are actually mailbox magazines. you can read the report here https://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/3...

and their corporate phone number is also listed there. I called it and bitched them out and they removed me from their list. Hope this helps everyone. Heres the phone number incase the link goes dead.
