  1. TeleNav downloads onto most PDA phones through the device's web browser.

For Blackberry devices, you must go to the "Blackberry Browser" or "Internet Browser" from the main Blackberry screen. Do not use a WAP browser like Nextel Online or mMode.

For Palm devices (such as the Treo 650 and 700p), the web browser needed is Blazer. This will display as "Web" on your main Palm screen.

For Windows Mobile devices (Treo 700w, 700wx, and Pocket PC 6700), use the Internet Explorer built-in to the device.

You can download TeleNav onto the phone by entering one of the following links in the device's web browsser.

    Sprint / Nextel: http://ota.telenav.com/ota/sn/

    Cingular/AT&T: http://ota.telenav.com/ota/tnatt/

    AllTel: http://ota.telenav.com/ota/al/

    Verizon: http://ota.telenav.com/ota/vz/

    T-Mobile Blackberry 8100: http://ota.telenav.com/ota/tn/

T-Mobile Blackberry 8800: (This model does not use the Browser to download. Use the T-Zones browser to sign up and download TeleNav GPS Navigator. Full instructions are available at http://forum.telenav.com/viewtopic.php?p... )

Rogers Wireless: (This carrier does not use the Browser to download. Use the "Do More" advertisement on your main Blackberry menu instead)

NOTE: You will need to have an external GPS receiver paired to your phone through Bluetooth in order to use TeleNav on some PDAs. To see if your device requires a GPS Receiver, a complete phone list is available at http://www.telenav.com/products/tn/devic...

If you need a GPS Receiver but do not have one, you can purchase it at the TeleNav Store at http://www.telenav.com/
