How could I revise the eight statements below to be more positive.(((New Job)))I can't figure out what to say to the customers.

1. "That's not up to me to decide."

2. "Didn't you call earlier?"

3. "Call back after lunch."

4. "It was sent yesterday!"

5. "What do you expect me to do? I didn't lose your file."

6. "There's a lot of people ahead of you."

7. "We don't deliver that far away."

8. "I don't know. Better ask someone else."

    2. Did I speak with you earlier about this? Let me get you to the person you need to speak with.
