Hello Guys, I am going to have a telephone interview with HSBC on tuesday. I have made a list of questions and answers which they are likely to ask.
1) Describe a time when you worked as a team, describe your role in a team and the goal that you had to achieve.
2) Describe and set-backs you had over a recent period of time and how did you overcome them
3)Describe what you have to do if you meet with a irrate customer and give an example from previous experience
4)Describe when you had to achieve a certain goal and how did you get on.
5) Why do you think you are suitable for this role
These are the questions that I have prepaired, can you please think of any other ones they may ask. If you are one of the employees of HSBC can I get some advice as well please.
