Telephone directory for Ukraine? Online?

Is there an online telephone directory for Ukraine? Specifically, one that will help me locate addresses for people that live there? I am trying to send letters to potential relatives for family history research. If there is one for the Мукачеве (Mukachevo) region that would be phenomenal!!!!

I searched for Ukraine telephone directories and came up with this at www.infobel.com (most are yellow pages/business listings, however):

in English, Russian, Ukrainian

Other listings for Ukraine phone directories have only business listings. I typed in "residential directory" and came up with the same answer.  =(
