Telephone interview with hsbc?

i've just finished university and have been able to get myself a telephone interview with hsbc does any one know of the questions i will be asked and how i can prepare as i dont have much experience in banking or customer service ,the role is for a commercial associate .

I don't know why, but I'm getting this feeling the position will be as a telemarketer.  You'll be dialing & smiling, trying to convince business owners to use  the services of hsbc.

If that's the job, you'll want to sound equally confident & persuasive,  You'll need to be resilient, professional, & overcome objections.  

Emphasize your people skills, your diplomacy & tact, confidence.

Dont get panic at all ! Remain fluent in english with proper vocabulary, clear & fine pitch of voice, cheerfulness etc.. HSBC will weigh on such important telecallers value. good luck..
