Telephone number logging software?

Is there any free software out there that can record both outgoing and incoming phone numbers only? I sometimes forget the numbers I have called recently and need something like this to help me keep a log.

no. it is called smdr.

the cheapest smdr device is a mitel smart1. you can find them on epay for next to nothing, but they must be installed correctly and programmed.
