Telephone paging systems?

Hi! really need a telephone paging system. Access to the paging system is provided through a "trunk access" code. I have looked it up and I have to buy equipment to be able to do it. Can I connect my phone directly to the amplifier or speakers?

P.S. I want to go the cheap and free way! NO MONEY SPENDING! Please, thank you!
