What type of telephone service do you use to connect a PBX to a central office if you want to allow 40 users to dial out simultaneously?

verizon!!!! theyre the best. try the fios, fiber optics is the best u can get for something like this

You need to contact someone from business department of the PBX line owner. They will hook you up with service.
