Teletype WorldNav 3100 GPS Will Not Locate...

My Teletype WorldNav 3100 will not navigate any more. If I touch the screen (navigate) it does nothing. I can get to settings, demo, movie player, picture viewer and mpc player but not the navigate settings. I received these codes: BSE 42TELE 115X6X AND below it was OSE 42TELE 118E6C.This unit was purchased from Amazon 04/23/2007 and has only been on 5 vacations.
