Television Shopping Channels?

Question

Can anyone tell me to whom I can complain about a television shopping channel. I made a purchase from Idealworld TV, and despite taking my money, I received no goods. They do not respond to emails, their customer care line promises a claim form which never arrives and their general attitude towards customers, is one of couldn't care less.

Start by complaining to the better business bureau. They need to know about companies like that.

If you paid via credit card, call the company and let them know you were the victim of fraud. They may help you get your money back or file another form of claim.

I've ordered from QVC for years and never had a problem.  I'm not sure about company you're dealing with but  for the US I'd suggest contacting the Better Business Bureau for the state where the firm is located - QVC is headquartered in Pennsylvania, HSN is in Florida.  Also, contact the state's attorney general office to file a complaint.  Finally, note a complaint on e-complaint.com to warn other people.

I dont know about the retail side of things but you could report them to ofcom for misusing broadcasting services.

Try the better business bureau. I hope you got a confirmation number or something. Even a credit card statement. You will need proof of purchase.
