Television (TV) question?

I own a large CRT Ferguson TV (not widescreen) and have had it for about 5 years since new. It was made in Poland.

Can you give me an idea of how long this sort of CRT tv can be expected to last and on roughly how many hours use per day is this estimate based ?

Very hard to say Hun but my Mum n Dad had a Grundig TV (Black and white) that lasted for 50 years, which they had on day and night (roughly 10/12 hrs a day)

Average life of CRT based sets have been about 10-15 years depending on the hours/make/model.

Average usage?  5-6 hours a day
