Television wont turn on and has flashing white...

Question

Instead of the usual green or orange ready light the Ltv-30w2 television keeps flashing a white light and wont turn on or display anything. It's hooked up to cable tv and a computer. It did this once before and somehow corrected itself. Not sure how. hoping to figure out a way to correct it incase it doesn't self correct this time.
