"Window to My Soul"

I tell you of the stars as I see them

through the rain falling at night

whose crystal tears wait to be

dried by the hope of the sweet gentle breeze

Truth and trust complete love’s eternal circle

filling all voids and meeting all needs while

illuminating the path of my life

As I am awakened by the dawn in your smile

Lost as I was in the dark of night,

I have been saved by the brightness of love

Surrounding me with pure golden light

your love continues to guide me home

I enjoy you bits of alliteration and the use of stanzas, which demand that I keep reading. Your word choice is nice. This is a keeper and bravo for not forcing rhyming verse. Write on!

Even though the title is in quotations, it's still cliche. I'm sure a writer as gifted as the author of this poem could find something truely unique. It's petty, I know. Good job.

it is nice but in the end if u write like:

(this 1st line ending) night

(this 2st line ending) light

this one sounds different and it looks nice to read
